- SRDC is a high-performance SME that will present the OnFhir.io service ecosystem that constitutes the backbone of a Chronic Disease Management Platform and KronIQ, which is an Integrated Care Platform supporting intelligent decision support services for diagnosis, monitoring, and management of chronic diseases.
